All ArchRelief™ orders include free tracked shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow a few business days for the carrier’s tracking updates to appear.
